Wendy Pearson

My involvement with The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario is lengthy and multifold. For the past two years I have represented Region 10 on the Board of Directors, I have attended every AGM of this important group since joining many years ago, and have fulfilled almost every position at the Regional Executive level. Membership involvement is crucial as I feel that when important policy and funding issues are discussed, RNAO is sometimes the only organization that is approached for its opinion and advice. As a professional nurse, I graduated from Algonquin College with a Diploma in Nursing in 1976. I also hold a diploma in Occupational Health Nursing from St Laurence College (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law, Sociology and Anthropology with a Concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice (Carleton, 1991)
Having worked in many sectors and in many diverse roles, I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with the Board of Directors of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario.
