Leading Change Toolkit Stakeholder Review Sign Up

The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI), along with an international panel of experts, is inviting you to become a stakeholder reviewer.

As a component of the toolkit development process, we are committed to obtaining feedback from stakeholders from a wide range of practice settings and roles, associations, and diverse experiences throughout Canada and internationally. Stakeholder reviewers may be individuals who have expertise on the topic, those working within healthcare organizations, involved in implementation or toolkit users.

Stakeholder Reviewers are asked to:

  • review a confidential draft of the online toolkit, including the following content:
    • About this toolkit
    • Introduction to the Social Action Movement Framework (three sections)
    • Introduction to the Knowledge-to-Action Framework (three sections)
  • complete an online survey questionnaire to capture your feedback and suggestions

Please complete the form below to participate in this process. You will be contacted by email with a link to the online toolkit and the survey questionnaire.

We value stakeholder feedback as future end users of the Leading Change Toolkit; your contributions will strengthen this resource and help shape this into the best toolkit for you.
