RNAO's cancellation policy

RNAO's membership year begins on Nov. 1 and ends on Oct. 31. As of Mar. 1 of a given membership year, refunds will not be provided for membership cancellations or membership modification requests. Current RNAO members will be unable to switch membership fee categories until the renewal process has begun for the following membership year.

If a member chooses to cancel their membership prior to Mar. 1 for a refund, a weighted deductible will be paid by the member based on the duration of membership to date, as well as a $30 cancellation fee. These fees will not be applied for members who are cancelling their membership with the intent to switch to a different membership fee category for the current membership year.

The above information is not applicable to members who pay their membership via monthly payment options.

Membership addons such as LAP® and Interest Groups are non-refundable.

An associate from RNAO's Membership & Services department will email members to inform when we are unable to process payments scheduled to be made on a monthly basis. Members will be given the opportunity to make payment arrangements for missed and subsequent payments. Consecutive non-payment of monthly fees will result in termination of membership.
