A registered nurse for over 25 years working in various roles in hospital, community and long term care settings providing care, leadership and quality service delivery. Having been inspired by a past leader, I have continued this mindset and approach to develop myself and others.

I believe that achieving best results is gained through valuing the work of others and working together. In healthcare this is essential for both service delivery and for staff and patient experience. I have a Master of Health Management (MHM) with the leadership designation of Certified Health Executive (CHE) through the Canadian College of Health Leaders and want to continue to contribute to new ideas in healthcare, be part of a forward-thinking vision and build new partnerships.

My personal vision is to create sustainable systems that improve health and deliver high quality person-centred care.
