Jillian Chandler

Jillian is a registered nurse with a passion for making a difference at the health-system level. Jillian has experience working in diverse clinical settings, including mental health and neurosurgery. Currently, she is working as an innovation project manager in the Collaborative Academic Practice Department at University Health Network. In this role, she is managing an interdisciplinary fellowship program that aims to improve patient care while building leadership capacity among point-of-care health professionals.

Jillian has also been highly involved in RNAO within her region, and with the Diabetes Nursing Interest Group, and as a member and chair of the Provincial Resolutions Committee. Jillian hopes to continue this involvement by serving as the Provincial Resolutions Committee Chair for a second term.

Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Mount Allison University. She is currently working on her Master's of Health Sciences degree in health administration through the Institute for Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
