Credentials:
RN

I have been an RNAO member since 2011. I am currently employed at Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) and Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining my Master of Nursing at Ryerson University.

I began my career in November 2011 at PMH and became involved with the New Nurses Leadership Group at the University Health Network (UHN) from 2011 to 2012. As a professional development coordinator, I addressed the professional development needs of new nurses at UHN and organized developmental activities, such as information session regarding educational opportunities. I also currently serve on the unit council at PMH where I am tasked with bringing concerns, issues or compliments to the management team.

Over the past two years of my career, I have attended multiple professional development workshops, including RNAO Political Training. I believe nurses should continuously grow and enhance their skills in order to play significant roles on patient care and in creating an impact on society. I believe my education and experiences will allow me to contribute effectively to the RNAO Provincial Resolutions Committee.
