Kate is a Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Humber College and University of New Brunswick's second-entry program. She is a current student at York University completing her Masters of Science in Nursing.
Her nursing experience is in family health, primary care and community health care, as well as in primary care quality improvement.
She believes that nurses are central to increased access and continuity in healthcare and to overall healthcare transformation in the province.
