RNAO's signature professional development program is going virtual! The 18th Annual Clinical BPG Institute will be offered via Zoom video-conferencing in fall 2020. The virtual BPG Clinical Institute has been designed for nurses and health-care professionals interested in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully introduce and sustain practice change in their organization through the implementation of best practice guidelines. A key focus of the Institute will be on creating evidence-based practice cultures within the workplace. This virtual offering will be a series of five two-hour webinars facilitated on a weekly basis with additional opportunity for coaching by members of RNAO's implementation science team. This optional coaching will be provided during scheduled office hours outside of the weekly sessions.
