Registration is closed for this event
This is an indigenous health care webinar that will be offered by two NPs, Barb Loeprich and Aric Rankin.

The importance of understanding and being aware of how Canada's history has impacted the health of the Indigenous population is key to understanding the current health affairs of the Indigenous population. In this webinar, we will be looking at the percentages of chronic illness amongst Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations while focusing the rationale for the birth of the Aboriginal Health Centres.  Implications for nursing practice will be discussed.
