The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) is pleased to invite the 2018-19 ACPF Fellows and Primary Mentors to the 2019 Advanced Clinical Practice Fellowship Forum taking place on Friday March 22, 2019 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at the St. James Cathedral Centre in Toronto. Join us for the opportunity to celebrate your achievements, share your accomplishments, network, and engage with RNAO on strategies to grow and enhance your fellowship work.

Participants will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements. RNAO will be able to support economy travel and accommodation (to a maximum of $200/night) for those living outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For those within the GTA, travel and parking (as appropriate) will be reimbursed.  Please retain all receipts, as an expense form will be provided at the event for you to submit for reimbursement. 

Opportunities for sharing your fellowship work will be provided throughout the day.  You may choose to display your work as a poster presentation, a tri-fold storyboard or an electronic (PowerPoint) display.  You will be asked to select your preferred format when completing online registering.
