Mindfulness Everyday for a session on Mindful Eating
Thursday December 8th, at 7.00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. via zoom
They ask that you be in a space with few distractions and to bring a small snack, (e.g., a piece of fruit or vegetable, or a protein bar, or a beverage. If you have a yoga mat, have that available too).
Give yourself the time to savor the tastes, textures and smells of the food/drink that we put into our digestive systems!
