Join the Staff Nurse Interest Group as we welcome Mindfulness Everyday for a session on Mindful Eating on Thursday December 8th, at 7.00-8:00 p.m. via zoom Learn to take the time to savor the food/drink that you consume!

Do you take the time to savor what you eat and drink? Are you so tired that you resort to fast prepared foods just because you are just to tired to fuss making a meal? Do you  eat/drink  just to keep yourself going?

With the holidays approaching and the Healthcare Care system demanding more and more from Nurses;

Take time for an hour of self care ! You deserve it!

Thursday December 8th, at 7.00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.  via zoom

They ask that you be in a space with few distractions and to bring a small snack, (e.g., a piece of fruit or vegetable, or a protein bar, or a beverage. If you have a yoga mat, have that available too).

Give yourself the time to savor the tastes, textures and smells of the food/drink that we put into our digestive systems!
