Hello,

We would like to tell you about an opportunity to volunteer for a community dinner for people in need in the London area.

The event is on June 22nd, 2019 at St John the Evangelist Anglican Church at 280 St. James Street in London. We will need about 20 volunteers and we could do part-shifts if needed.

Volunteers are to meet at the Wellington Street entrance at 1530 for meal preparation and table setting and then will serve the meal to about 120 individuals. After the meal, we will share the clean-up and should be finished by 1930 at the latest.

If volunteers would like to bring a dessert, that would be most appreciated. It could be homemade or store bought such as fruit crisps, pies, or cakes. There should be 120 servings in total which can be divided amongst volunteers when we have final numbers.
