We are hosting our annual dinner at Harpo's Restaurant in Oshawa. Every year, we invite a guest speaker to talk about an aspect of nursing. This year, we are excited to welcome Cathy Crowe, a street nurse who has done extensive work with and for the homeless population. Cathy has received multiple awards, acknowledgements, and accolades in her career, the recent one being inducted as a member of the Order of Canada. In addition to her work, Cathy is a published author, a filmamker, and a guest lecturer. We are excited to have Cathy share her experiencesof her career and shine a light on the homelessness crisis in Ontario.
