Registered nurses routine encounter issues that have ethical implications. Increasingly unwell patients, the high expectations of our clients, scare resources and value conflicts are associated with nurses experience of moral distress, and nurses wanting to leave the profession. 

Middlesex Elgin Chapter invites you to join Launa Elliott, Registered Nurse and Clinical Ethicist for London Health Sciences Centre, for open discussion on the issues that lead to moral distress, and guided reflection to identify interventions that may reduce the effect of these situations on ourselves and our peers.
