Improving Dementia Care Discussion - for nurses/ other health professionals

Join us for dinner and an evening dedicated to enhancing your understanding of dementia care! This in-person event will take place on Thursday, Nov. 30 at the  Riverstone Community Centre.  A light dinner will be served. 

Registration/Check-in: 5:30 p.m. Event start time: 6 p.m.                 

This event will provide valuable insights on how we can improve dementia care in Ontario with an integrated provincial strategy.
