RNAO's Lambton Chapter has recognized the difficulty healthcare providers face when it comes to responsive and complex behaviors associated with neurological conditions, mental health, substance use, and dementia. We have decided to put together a panel of experts to talk about these challenges and provide some solutions. 

RNAO's Lambton Chapter is hosting a mental health panel with a focus on behavior management and de-escalation. On the panel, there are going to be four professionals with specialized skills in mental health, de-escalating unsafe situations, behavior support, and geriatric practices. These professionals will be there to answer all of your questions and have meaningful discussions surrounding the topic.
