In 2019 the Government of Ontario announced a major transformation to the Health System: Ontario Health Teams (OHT). Since then, we've had three years of a pandemic and a health human resource crisis that has compromised all professions and sectors throughout the province.

Join us on Monday, Feb. 13 to hear how RNAO's tailored Best Practice Spotlight Organization Program^® for OHTs (BPSO^® OHT) has inspired teams to work together across sectors to serve their populations, meet their goals and achieve the Quadruple Aim. You’ll hear from experienced BPSO OHTs about progress they’ve made in spite of the turbulence of these last three years. And, the first Indigenous BPSO OHT approved in the province will join us to share their unique perspective.
