The PedNIG symposium is an annual event that aims to update knowledge and current trends in pediatric care through information sharing. The symposium is geared towards students, nurses and health professionals who work in pediatrics or are interested in learning about the care of children and youth. Incorporating knowledge, best practices, innovation, and research are essential for advancements in the care of pediatric patients. The PedNIG symposium is a forum for rich dialogue about current practices and the future of pediatric nursing. We invite you to share and strengthen your knowledge to cultivate practice excellence across the continuum of pediatric care.
The symposium will be held virtually on October 20-21, 2022 using the Whova event platform. The poster night will take place on October 20 from 6-8pm. Concurrent sessions and keynote presentation will be on October 21 from 9am-1pm during the virtual live event. This year, we are excited to welcome Dr. Richard Booth to deliver a keynote presentation: “I’d like to get off the rollercoaster, please”: Unpacking the increasing digitalization of society and aspects of the nursing profession to generate insights for the future.
Registration fee: $30 for PedNIG members/presenters. $50 for non-members.
