In an effort to support NPs working in long-term care through the COVID-19 pandemic, RNAO is facilitating monthly meetings to discuss clinical and other issues so colleagues can exchange best practices through rapid learning to tackle their situations and support one another. NPs working in LTC are encouraged to join these meetings.

On April 22, 2020, RNAO CEO Doris Grinspun and colleagues led Nursing Now's webinar, "COVID-19: Speaking Out for Health, Speaking Out for Nursing." The Spanish version of the webinar took place on April 30, 2020.

The webinar focused on RNAO’s pandemic response, including our multi-pronged approach to protecting the public, supporting nurses, as well as other health providers.


Foot Care Nurses Forum: Dialogue and Discussion (May 28, 2020)

To address the needs expressed by the nurses who provide foot care services in a variety of settings (home care, retirement homes, long-term care, community clinics, and etc.), members of the IABPG and policy teams, along with Dr. Doris Grinspun hosted a webinar for foot care nurses.
