Gurjit Sangha

Gurjit Sangha has held numerous positions with RNAO during her nursing career, including regional representative on the Board of Directors, Resolutions Committee member, and most recently, Provincial Nominations Committee member. Gurjit is seeking a second term on the Nominations Committee to continue to be part of the great work of RNAO.

Gurjit completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies at the University of Waterloo and then her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Nursing (clinical stream) at the University of Toronto. Gurjit’s nursing career began at the Hospital for Sick Children, where she continues to work today. She has held the positions of staff nurse and clinical support nurse on the inpatient oncology unit, Interlink Community Cancer Nurse, and project manager for the Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) initiative leading the implementation of best practice guidelines across the organization. Since 2008, Gurjit has been a clinical nurse specialist with the Pediatric Advanced Care Team.
