RNAO has demonstrated its commitment to Ontarians and our health system during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the provincial government’s plan to expand ICU beds across the province, we are anticipating a need for additional RNs & NPs to provide care to these patients. We're asking those of you with experience and competency in the provision of critical care health services, who are not currently working in these settings, or who can increase their hours, to support the increased demand.

What will happen next?
RNAO will connect you and the acute care setting requiring your services as requests are received - we will work to match geographic location through your postal code. You will be contacted by the acute care setting to provide a resume, follow HR protocols etc., and you will then negotiate your availability and schedule with the hiring hospital directly.
If you have not been contacted, it means RNAO has not received a request from a hospital in your area.
