The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Toronto on April 19-21, 2018 at The Hilton Toronto (145 Richmond St. West).

The Exhibitor Day is scheduled for Friday April 20, 2018.

The Exhibitor package includes: Exhibiting on April 20, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | One 6' draped table with two chairs | One 8' x 10' draped booth space | Coffee, refreshments and lunch for exhibitors (maximum 2 exhibitors per booth). Additional tickets may be purchased before the event at a cost of $35.00 per ticket (including HST).

Cancellations must be received in writing by April 14, 2017, and will incur a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 14, 2017.

Exhibitor Opportunities:

(1) Lead Sponsor: $5,000 +HST Play a key role in RNAO's AGM! Reinforce your presence by having your organization recognized at the Opening Ceremonies, receive two complimentary tickets to the President's Banquet and take advantage of a complimentary exhibitor's booth.

(2) Prime Location Corporate Exhibitor: $1,500 +HST These booths will be located by the entrance to the Annual General Meeting.

(3) Prime Location Not for Profit Exhibitor: $1,200 +HST These booths will be located by the entrance to the Annual General Meeting.

(4) Corporate Exhibitor: $1,000 +HST Exhibitors will be located in the main exhibit space, located directly outside the room where the Annual General Meeting is held.

(5) Not for Profit Exhibitor: $700 +HST Exhibitors will be located in the main exhibit space, located directly outside the room where the Annual General Meeting is held.
