The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario will be holding its 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Toronto on April 11-13, 2019 at The Hilton Toronto (145 Richmond St. West).

The Exhibitor Day is scheduled for Friday April 12, 2019.

The Exhibitor package includes: Exhibiting on April 12, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | One 6' draped table with two chairs | One 8' x 10' draped booth space | Coffee, refreshments and lunch for exhibitors (maximum 2 exhibitors per booth). Additional tickets may be purchased before the event at a cost of $35.00 per ticket (including HST).

Cancellations must be received in writing by April 1, 2019, and will incur a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2019.

Exhibitor Opportunities:

(1) President's Banquet Sponsor: $10,000 + HST

 Play a key role in RNAO's AGM!  Reinforce your presence by sponsoring the annual President's Banquet.  Benefits include: 2 complimentary tickets to the banquet, mention in AGM and Presiden't Banquet Program, insert in bag, listed as sponsor on website and banquet registration, exhibit booth, booth setup can continue during banquet cocktail reception, logo on AGM bags for all attendees

(2)Student Leadership Lunch Sponsor: $5,000 +HST

Sponsor the Student Leadership Lunch for an opportunity to network with over 150 nursing students.  This 2 hour lunch event takes place at Vantage Venues. Sponsor benefits include:  2 complimentary tickets to the student lunch, booth setup at the student lunch, mention at AGM and lunch, logo on welcome sign at lunch, mention on AGM website and registration, logo and mention in program 
 

(2) Prime Location Corporate Exhibitor: $2,500 +HST

These booths will be located by the entrance to the Annual General Meeting.  Logo will be listed in the program. 

(5) Corporate Exhibitor: $1,200 +HST

Showcase your products or services with a booth located in the main exhibit space, directly outside the room where the Annual General Meeting is held.

(6) Not for Profit Exhibitor: $1000 +HST Exhibitors will be located in the main exhibit space, located directly outside the room where the Annual General Meeting is held.
