As members of a regulated health profession, RNs/NPs need to consider all of the implications of social media for their profession, including their accountabilities to the CNO.
This RNAO-LAP webcast is a legal education session designed to help participants consider the possible impact of their online lives and their social media communications for the workplace and their profession.  

During this presentation, participants will examine their social media accountabilities as a regulated health professional accountable to the CNO; as an employee accountable to their Employer; and as an RN/NP accountable to their patients. We will look at various cases where professionals have faced sanctions as a result of social media.
