Identifying and engaging staff in addressing dementia/behaviours

She will discuss her role as neurobehavioural NP as well as any suggestions/strategies for staff training/courses, engagement of frontline staff including non-pharm strategies, as well as perhaps briefly talking about some of the different pharmacological therapy for BPSD.
